We have a varied educational system in New Hanover County which meets the needs of anyone who lives here. The public school system is one of the best in the state and is a benchmark system for the eastern part of NC. With a population of varied socio-economic as well as racial mixtures, our system strives to meets the needs of all children.

Wilmington, North Carolina has a hospital. Wilmington has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist.
